Thank you for your continued patience as we work through an unprecedented
number of credits due to the building closure.
Due to the hiatus and time away from the rink, skaters should register for the class level they were enrolled in prior to the closure (Session #5). Skaters who have returned to the rink since May 18 should register for current level.
Class size is limited and classes will sell-out. Do not wait for evaluations to register.
Session #2 registered skater profiles will be automatically updated based on skater progress after Session #1 concludes.
Coaches will evaluate all skaters the first week of the next session and make the necessary level adjustments.
In order to be strategic and intentional as we manage the thousands of Ice Den community members affected by the closure, a Refund Request Process has been implemented.
Please be advised that requests for credits/refunds made through e-mail, social media, by phone or any other method of communication will not be honored.
The Refund Request Portal will close on 8/31/20 at which time
no additional requests will be reviewed.
To redeem LTS credits issued for cancelled/interrupted programming complete the steps below:
Please note that each registration must be completed separately.
